Today we had the privilege of presenting the Educator of the Year award for the Sultan/Sky Valley School District. This years recipient was Phyllis Tubbs for Gold Bar Elementary. WB Larry Foley and I traveled to Gold Bar and presented the award at the morning Staff meeting with the Superintendent Dan Chaplik.
