On Sunday, September 10th the Washington-Idaho Rainbow Girls and Sultan-Monroe Lodge #160 held their Second annual “Color Walk” to raise money for the Fred Hutch Cancer Research Center and the Sultan-Monroe Youth and Education fund. Thanks to the volunteer efforts of many and the donations from the Evergreen Speedway and Zipfizz energy drink, 100% of the profits from the run go to these two charities. This year the group raised over $16,000 that will go towards these two charities. If you would like more information about the Washington-Idaho Rainbow Girls you can go to nwrainbow.org, if you would like more information about the Sultan-Monroe Masonic Lodge you can go to lodge160.org. Thanks again to Evergreen Speedway (evergreenspeedway.org) and Zipfizz energy drinks (zipfizz.com). Next year’s event will be planned for September 9th, 2018.
